Brandy Hernandez
This year’s winner of the Blackwell-Walker Scholarship is Brandy Hernandez. Brandy is transitioning from helicopter to fixed wing. Brandy is a member of the Air National Guard. She earned her instrument rating just a day before learning that she had won this scholarship. Brandy will use these funds toward her Commercial Multi Engine rating.
